“Chipotle Mexican Grill is a go-to spot for consistently delicious food. I’ve visited several locations, and the quality is almost always reliable. My personal favorite is the steak salad bowl—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
My kids love the “build your own” kids’ tacos, and honestly, so do I! On days when I don’t feel like eating an entire bowl, the kids’ taco option is the perfect size. It’s nice to have a choice that feels just right for a lighter meal.
This particular location is generally busy, but it’s clean and well-kept, which makes the experience even better despite the crowds.
Overall, Chipotle continues to deliver great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!“
“First time at Chipotle had a different kind of steak can't remember the name with spicy rice and different ingredients on it. It was on Sunday the atmosphere was very comfortable very very fast they fix your food right in front of you I like that took about a minute very Speedy service the food was awesome me and my friend ate outside the location is at 100 Oaks Mall give them a try sorry didn't get any pictures“
“Currently waiting for a three bowl mobile order that I hoped would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, but DaSean (who I am assuming is the manager/lead today) is handling the situation SO smoothly. He is also quickly addressing the other mobile orders. (It seems like their system is overrun. Chipotle, help your employees out!!) You guys need to give DaSean a major raise!!!!“
“Now THIS is a great location! I am one who LOVES Chipotle but had stopped eating it because I had such a HORRIBLE experience at the one near my house in Madison. I would much rather take a drive to this location than to ever patronize them again. If you want Chipotle this is the place to go. Everything was hot and fresh and the service was amazing and they didn’t charge me extra for shredded cheese. ❤️“

However, at this particular location, the cleanliness doesn’t seem to be up to the same standard as some of the other well-kept Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. It might be a difference in management, but a bit more attention to tidiness would make the experience much better.
Overall, the food is great as always, but I hope to see some improvements in how this restaurant is maintained.“
