“I decided to delete my previous review and add a new review. I have seen major major improvements in this chipotle everything from the food to the customer service is so much better. I’m happy to see these changes and I will be coming here more often. The chipotle meal I just had from here is the best chipotle I’ve had in a very long time and I eat Chipotle regularly.“
“Work lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was great, very friendly and polite. The man at the register with medium-length locks had a very kind energy about him. Me and my crew enjoyed our meals which were tasty. My coworker’s burrito was nice and large, like an OG Chipotle portion.“

“Well I was only doordashing I didn't actually eat there myself but as a Dasher I can tell you I observe things like atmosphere cleanliness the speed in which the order that I'm picking up is being made or it's already ready things of that nature I did find that chipotle was on it my order was already ready when I got there and there was a person there to assist me when I walked in the door unlike Clarksville where they'll have you sitting and waiting 30 minutes“

“Kenzie is always so so so kind and so professional. Even if she’s not working the line, she’s always working the register with actual pure joy. Quick to greet us with a smile while other employees are busy handling drive through pick ups/food delivery AND cooking. Patient and kind. Always happy (or at least presenting — i say that because i know it’s hard to ever be happy dealing with customers especially at a place people are always using internet hacks and pointing their fingers over the glass) She is always smiling even when it’s insanely busy. I know that’s hard to do working food service! Make her a manager. You can always use one more! She is so sweet! We love Kenzie! We also love the other staff — i haven’t had enough one on one time to catch their names but they are sweet when dealing with complicated orders. Chipotle is a hard place to work and everyone who leaves negative reviews clearly hasn’t worked in the industry. These people are busting their butts. Just wanted to give a special shoutout to Kenzie for maintaining (or masking!) her composure while dealing with the stress that comes with working at a place like this.“
