The empanadas I tried were light and crispy and stuffed full of delicious fillings. My side of ripe plantains was yummy, too. The ladies were super nice to me. And all of their food is gluten free- something I truly appreciate as I am allergic to wheat. Great food. Thank-you Chivanada!

My son is usually somewhat of a picky eater. He hardly ever tries new foods on a whim but was very interested in trying the carne beef empanadas when he saw them! I was so excited to see him branch out and seek something different than what he would typically choose.
