The food - fried pickles, corn bread, fresh cole slaw, and pickled onions are great. The fish and chicken tenders, good. Grilled shrimp was salty (didn't appreciate the waitresses asking how it was and we tell her and she's says we'll you're still alive). Atmosphere - they needed to use some fragrance, brighter lighting and dust. Workers - overall were kind and nice, the waitress was nice but the above comment along with telling us she makes $2 an hour were unnecessary and uncomfortable....read full review
Very nice country style restaurant, we had the 1/2 pot of greens(slaw) and pickled onions and cornbread to start then the trio platter of grilled shrimp, catfish and chicken with baked potato it was fantastic!! Also the fried catfish and chicken with fries it was very good. Staff was very attentive and polite! Highly recommend

Very laid back atmosphere. Staff all friendly, service was excellent. Enjoyed watching them flip corn bread at each table when served. Food was delicious and there was so much we had left overs for at least 2 more meals. Prices very reasonable.
