Baked in Nashville did an excellent job in adding all the details that I wanted - to look exactly like the hat I bought for my brother!! It tasted amazing too!! It was exactly whst I wanted for my brother! I cannot recommend this place enough!! A+++“

“I just wanted to take a minute to say that Drew and the staff at Lenox Village were all so kind and accommodating to a tired mom who didn’t realize what she was even asking for when it came to a smash cake lol. Drew went completely out of her way to make sure it was perfect. I feel terrible for how much trouble she went through but the cake was so cute, and DELICIOUS. My son loved it. “So...I visited Nashville over the Christmas holiday, and stayed in a hotel that had samples of Mountain Jim's tea cakes in the room. They were so good, we tracked down Mountain Jim and he offered to deliver a dozen to our hotel, since they don't have a brick and mortar. These are definitely on my list of gifts and special treats.“

“Placed an order from out of state for same-day delivery to my daughter in Nashville. Spoke with Alexa and she was so helpful and pleasant! She answered my questions and noted that delivery is less expensive when ordering online. I placed the order online and 3 hours later, the tower was delivered, about 6 miles away, for an $8 delivery fee. The driver had a bit of trouble finding the apartment building entrance, but called my daughter and it worked out. She says the cakes are delicious. When we visit in a couple of months for her birthday, we'll be ordering her bigger cake from this store. Thank you!“
