“I order from here all the time and it’s always delicious and hot. I ordered from DoorDash and it showed my driver was driving the opposite direction from me, so I called the store to ask what was going on. I can’t remember his name, but the person who answered was very kind and patient with my question. FYI if they are delivering another order, DoorDash won’t show that so be patient with the driver! They were so nice to answer my silly questions. This domino’s is really great!“
“They promised me free pizza to leave a good review.So… this dominos really knows their way around a pizza oven. They manage to get my pepperoni perfectly symmetrical so every bite is filled with pep! I wish I could put into words how wonderful this dominos location is. This is a paid promotion and in no way reflects the opinions of the author.
Parking: There were at least a dozen spots available and jimmy from the complimentary valet team was so friendly- I think he topped off my gas tank while he had my car!! Five stars!!“
“This is Domino’s—there’s no need to describe the food. What I will say is the service at this location has been exceptional. Not only is the food prepared well, but the service is friendly and fast. That all sounds like it should be a given, but in this corridor of Dickerson Pike, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to the managers and crew at this location.“
“Wonderful place, the service is wonderful.The lady at the front noticed, I was freezing and told me I could wait in my car and then she would bring it to me. I would definitely and go back to this location . My car broke down on the way.So I had to cancel my order.But then I got a ride and reopened the order.But they made it over again so me and the kids could have warm food .“
“I had just landed in BNA from a long weekend at a festival and wanted some pizza. So decided to order it, it arrived promptly and just before our ride got in. When my friend and I went to dig in, we saw we had a wrong one. I filled out the Pizza Insurance thing, and Amber and her team made it right and was able to pick it up on my way out, even though she had offered to have someone drop it off. Overall great recovery by the team at this Domino’s“
“Alani (delivery driver sorry if i spelled it wrong) was soooo nice. We were given the wrong size pizzas twice for our staff lunch and she went back to get the correct one and was so kind and quick to act to correct the mistake. Lovely woman. :)“
“Went to Dominos for the first time in a long time. The store was extremely clean. Michael was kind and professional. The crust was perfect. Toppings were fresh. With lots of options for pizza in the area and I will be sticking to Dominos! 10/10!!“
“If you have a 1 hour delay at the greyhound in this location call before you get off the bus and you'll make it back OK. The location of domino's didn't seem to bad for the locals but the greyhound might seem stressful. So just be normal and if someone asks for money, don't be scared. Don't be rude. If they ask you are you good or you good. Say yes thanks anyways. Things are ruff all over and thousand of people are homeless that were not and many race and color have suffered and people are broke. Be kind and walk away. Traveler here on foot. Pizza was grate they had good customers and some were friendly 😋“
“10pm on Thursday. Power’s been out for 5 days. Get home after a long day at work , to the power being back on and I’m hungry. First thing I do is order a pie. You know I’m goin Domino’s. Little did I know, the GOAT would be making my pie once again. That’s right. Markeese was in the building , riding solo, servin pies. I walked in to a packed lobby. The man is cool under pressure. Gimme five minutes he says. I know he’s the GOAT so shiii I’ll wait no doubt. He handles 5 other customers by himself and hands me my order. My only advice to Domino’s is better give this man a raise before the competition finds out who he is. HE’S HIM. The man your girl said not to worry about. Pie so good I ain’t even worried that I straight up froze the last 5 days while the power was out. Appreciate it Markeese.“
“Ashley, The store manager is absolutely wonderful. She takes good care of her customers and does her job well. Karen our delivery driver was so kind, caring and professional. We got our order so fast! This is our favorite Domino's location and we will only order from this store. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as well. An all-around great team that goes above and beyond! Thank you! PS if you are a customer reading this, if you order pizza or any food for that matter TIP YOUR DRIVER'S!!!! TIP THEM WELL AND SHOW SOME LOVE!!! If you don't see the option in the app give them a cash tip! They work hard and they are out driving in this Nashville traffic while you're sitting on your couch!“
“The service here has been good in my experience. The food isn't bad, about what you'd expect from a chain pizza. My only complaint is that sometimes they give me the wrong crust type and that the dumpster out front can overflow at times.“
“The night staff are phenomenal. Great, attitudes, speedy service, always friendly, prompt and on time. Great tasting pizza, cold drinks. Nothing less than perfection. Glad I can call on them. Zach/Zakk, however you spell his name, is the epitome of professional, customer service. Wish all companies had a representative like him. He makes it easy and relaxing to place orders. Would almost order the pizza just for the experience. Almost therapeutic. Pity them for having to work the holidays. I can do without a pizza 🍕 for them to have a cut off time of 10pm on holidays. Let them experience the events of the holidays.“
