“I order from here all the time and it’s always delicious and hot. I ordered from DoorDash and it showed my driver was driving the opposite direction from me, so I called the store to ask what was going on. I can’t remember his name, but the person who answered was very kind and patient with my question. FYI if they are delivering another order, DoorDash won’t show that so be patient with the driver! They were so nice to answer my silly questions. This domino’s is really great!“
“They promised me free pizza to leave a good review.So… this dominos really knows their way around a pizza oven. They manage to get my pepperoni perfectly symmetrical so every bite is filled with pep! I wish I could put into words how wonderful this dominos location is. Parking: There were at least a dozen spots available and jimmy from the complimentary valet team was so friendly- I think he topped off my gas tank while he had my car!! Five stars!!“
“This is Domino’s—there’s no need to describe the food. What I will say is the service at this location has been exceptional. Not only is the food prepared well, but the service is friendly and fast. That all sounds like it should be a given, but in this corridor of Dickerson Pike, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to the managers and crew at this location.“
“I had just landed in BNA from a long weekend at a festival and wanted some pizza. So decided to order it, it arrived promptly and just before our ride got in. When my friend and I went to dig in, we saw we had a wrong one. I filled out the Pizza Insurance thing, and Amber and her team made it right and was able to pick it up on my way out, even though she had offered to have someone drop it off. “Went to Dominos for the first time in a long time. The store was extremely clean. Michael was kind and professional. The crust was perfect. Toppings were fresh. With lots of options for pizza in the area and I will be sticking to Dominos! 10/10!!“
“I've been visiting this location for the past five years, and they have always been amazing. I am extremely picky and have specific requests for my food, and they have always been accommodating. Whenever my food has been incorrect, they have always remade it for me, sometimes even upsizing the pizza. I have never gotten delivery from here, but pickup has never failed me!“
“If you have a 1 hour delay at the greyhound in this location call before you get off the bus and you'll make it back OK. The location of domino's didn't seem to bad for the locals but the greyhound might seem stressful. So just be normal and if someone asks for money, don't be scared. Don't be rude. If they ask you are you good or you good. Say yes thanks anyways. Things are ruff all over and thousand of people are homeless that were not and many race and color have suffered and people are broke. Be kind and walk away. Traveler here on foot. Pizza was grate they had good customers and some were friendly 😋“
“The first time I ordered from here, after waiting30 minutes I checked on it and my order accidentally got bumped off. The worker immediately started it after realizing the mistake but a few minutes later came out to my car to notify me they were out of pineapples. It was Saturday, sometimes things can happen and it was not a big deal. Service was excellent and pizza was delicious. That's means so much. Everyother time after has went perfectly. I have ordered from here at least once a week in the past month. They do a great job and are always working hard when I am there. They are very nice and have good natured vibes and that keeps me coming back. Thank you.“
“This store on 4th avenue has been the nearest pizza place to me for the past 10 years. Throughout this time I've only had a handful of issues with this store.
A couple of them had to do with the food and the others were related to delivery issues.
Other than that the food here has always been great and the drivers prompt and courteous.“
“The service here has been good in my experience. The food isn't bad, about what you'd expect from a chain pizza. My only complaint is that sometimes they give me the wrong crust type and that the dumpster out front can overflow at times.“
