The bar staff really needs to come up to speed- not at all attentive, observant or efficient . The property completely commands high end service with the atmosphere and talent in the kitchen but both nights we came in it took 19 minutes to even be greeted and this was with 6 maybe 8 customers scattered around d the bar . Maybe it was the “low man on the totem pole” crew having to work for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend but it’s just not good enough . Heather was here...
We stopped in to check out the Christmas decorations and decided to have a drink at the bar. Fonzie was our bartender, and he was great. It was very refreshing to experience excellent service with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Go see Fonzie!
This place is amazing! The food was gorgeous. It tastes and looks great. Unfortunately I didn’t made photos of the food. The waiter was polite and kind, but probably he was new, because he made some small mistakes. The hotel is beautiful and it has nice life music. The owner restored the building how it looked like 100 years ago. I liked a lot that you can make a self tour guide with a description.
