Solid night at Frankies — the kind of place that earns a return visit before you’ve even finished dinner.

Started with the pizza bianca with whipped ricotta and local honey — simple, well-executed, great opener. Followed that up with a mortadella and pecorino plate and a Caesar salad, both on point — the Caesar in particular was the best I’ve had. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Frankies! The food was incredible from start to finish. The house-made pizza bianca with whipped ricotta and local honey was simple, unique, and absolutely delicious. The cavatelli with hot sausage and browned sage butter was outstanding—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

What truly made the evening special, though, was our bartender, Talon. His wine recommendation was spot-on and paired beautifully...
