Hidden gem. Took some friends there because I am a fan of absinthe and it's a rare find in the U.S. The absinthe pairings were amazing, but their cocktails might have been even better. Truly inspired; run, don't walk.
We checked this place out last Saturday and it was everything we'd hoped for. I'm currently adding an Absinthe program to a new concept I'm building and the gentlemen that took care of us (ashamed that I forgot his name) was a rockstar! He took the time to educate us on different techniques and the differences between Absinthes of different origins.
