I’ve visited Halls in Nashville several times, but last night was truly the best experience yet. My sister and brother-in-law came in from Memphis to celebrate my birthday, and everything—from the food to the service—was outstanding, as always. We were also fortunate to meet the owner, Tommy, who took the time to stop by our table. A fabulous Anniversary lunch. Food was exquisite. Service superb. Charlie and Shane our bartender/servers made going out to eat special again. Refreshing to have professionals enjoying what they do.
Food was decent. Service was abominable. For this price point I would expect impeccable service and attention to detail. However on a recent visit (first and last) the service left much to be desired. Every service touch point was prompted by us. Friendly but exceptionally apathetic and inattentive.
