1st time here and I'd go back. Ordered the chicken sandwich in DAMN HOT! spice level and it was good. If you like spicy this is it. Flavorful, the chicken was juicy but not really big. The slaw was a touch of cool and the pickles gave the sweetness. The bun was soft, I give this a 8.3/10. The pimento Mac was just not it, the flavor was missing and overall tasted like nothing. 2.1/10. The fried were hard but it was seasoned so 4.5/10. The staff was very nice and the location...
It burns so good, my only complaint is you can't make up your mind on what to get, you'll want to get everything, I ended up getting 2 piece breast and wing(hot) with fries and coleslaw the chicken was moist, fries crispy and coleslaw was on point just what I needed to cool my palate. We sat on stools looking out at Broadway watching all the people and buildings very nice views
The food was great but the atmosphere wasnt. I get that this is a very popular spot but it is unreasonable for the music to be that loud. The music, the packed place with everyone trying to yell over the music was a headache. But, the food was great, (also dont be scared by the medium seasoning; it is not that spicy). Overall, the workers were great and the lines moved quick. Overall a pretty good experience, just they need to turn the music down.
