“I came here expecting a typical sub shop experience but what I got out of it was exceptional. I had no idea what size, type of bread or type of sandwich I wanted or if I wanted to jersey mike it. The end result was the best freaking sandwich I've ever had at one of these types of sub shops. But I have to be honest here and say.... It wasnt just the sandwich but the employees that made it exceptional. They were patient, helpful, kind and friendly. They walked me through the process and seemed extremely pleased to help me decide which sandwiches I should purchase. They were never impatient or pushy. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!“
“After placing an uber eats order that was unfortunately taken by the driver. I contacted the store to see if my ordered had been picked up as the uber drivers kept changing and my order was seemingly not coming. I called the store and the staff was very helpful and told me that the order was picked up a bit ago by a driver but must of been taken as they had uber drivers still coming to pick up the items but the order was already gone. The store helped me get my order and even upgraded my sandwich to a larger size due to the difficulty. I was very pleased as they did not mess up the order but still felt the need to satisfied their customer. I appreciate it greatly and will continue to come to this location for the quick and quality service!“

This establishment, purporting to purvey comestibles of a submarine nature, was an exercise in utter futility. Upon my ingress, I was confronted by a lackadaisical individual, ostensibly employed as a purser of provisions, who exhibited a profound disinclination towards any semblance of industriousness. This indolent specimen seemed more preoccupied with a state of Brownian motion in a circumscribed area than with the expeditious fulfillment of patronly requirements.
The sheer torpor emanating from this individual was almost palpable, creating an atmosphere of languor that permeated the very air. While I, a prospective consumer with pecuniary resources at my disposal, awaited acknowledgment, this paragon of sloth remained in a state of inert contemplation. It was a truly execrable display of unprofessionalism, leaving me with a distinct impression of utter dissatisfaction and a profound regret for having even deigned to darken their threshold. I shall certainly endeavor to dissuade any acquaintances from patronizing this lamentable excuse for a delicatessen.“
“I did wait longer than expected for my food, and then realized in the car that they gave me the wrong meat (beef instead of chicken), so I went back in to let them know. They immediately started remaking my order for me, and they gave me way more than they needed to ! It was the best customer service Ive received in a long time. They also let me keep the messed up sandwich so they definitely made things right for me. This is a great Jersey Mike’s, everyone was so polite to me and they really care about customer satisfaction, thank you guys so so much !!!“
“Friday, May 16 around 11am…I just visited this Jersey Mikes for some lunch. Let me tell you how much I enjoyed this visit. The second I opened the door I was greeted with such a warm welcome but each and every team member. The team was extremely personable and I witness them treat every guest the same that walked in and observed how they conversed with guests. The tone was good, the body language was great and i appreciated how personable they were. I oversee Customer Service for a fast casual restaurant myself and I preach this exact practice to our team, as well. This is the foundation to a great customer experience. It’s not often restaurants provide you with this. Thank you to the team on this shift for providing me business with pleasure. I will definitely be back soon. Also, my sandwich is delicious too.“
“Back home we do not have a Jersey Mike's Subs. We see the commercial's all the time though. We are staying in Nashville for our Anniversary and wanted something Light for lunch so we weren't starving for dinner later. We got the #2-Jersey Shore Giant & the #9 Club Supreme Regular. Oh wow! Normally, subs from other chains come either soggy or hard. Jersey Mike's did not disappoint. Very fresh ingredients, plentiful fillings, and the Rosemary Parmeson Sub Bread was so delicious. Very flavorful all around. We are completely satisfied with what we received. Delivery time, packaging, and price... PERFECT! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience! (We even have 1/2 of both our subs left for a snack later tonight or tomorrow). ?“
“I had had a long shift and walked 20 minutes to get food here and the man in glasses working in the front heard this and told me to get a drink on the house and after chatting with him for a while he ended up giving me my sandwich for free. If the man working on 5-22-25 (Thursday night) sees this, thank you. My family and I have been on rough times financially which you couldn't have known but you truly made my day and week better than I thought it was going to go, so thank you. “Don was so nice, Tim checked us out and was so pleasant and engaged. When my son made a mess after eating I asked for a broom and John, Don and Tim said “NO MA’AM, you are our guest and we will take care of that”. I had stopped coming to Jersey Mikes bc they were messing up orders but today has me wanting to return! Good job guys!!“
