“Visited for first time today. Saw a fly around the food. Staff needs to be watchful and take steps to protect the food, such as get rid of any flies. It is gross and turnoff. Staff was nice and area otherwise was clean. Bread was soft and food great.“

I stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in the MetroCenter area on December 23rd, and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. The service that day was phenomenal—welcoming, efficient, and noticeably positive. Nikki made my sandwich, and without exaggeration, it was the best sub I’ve had from this location since moving to the area. Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced, and made with real care and attention to detail.
What stood out just as much as the food was the atmosphere. You could tell there has been a positive shift in the team dynamic. The staff worked seamlessly together, communicated well, and created an environment that felt upbeat and supportive rather than rushed or transactional. That kind of energy makes a difference, and it absolutely showed.
Fast forward to just a couple of days ago—I stopped in again and, by chance, Nikki made my sub once more. And once again, it was outstanding. So good, in fact, that halfway through eating it I was genuinely disappointed I hadn’t ordered a whole instead of a half. That’s always the true test.
Consistency, quality, and great service are hard to come by, but this location clearly delivers all three. 10 out of 10—from the food to the service to the team culture. I’ll absolutely continue coming back, and I hope Nikki and the rest of the team get the recognition they deserve.“

“It's a good sub shop. I ordered a Philly cheese steak, maybe not, the meat was tough but had a good flavor!? I have ordered the more traditional subs and they were really good. So, go the traditional sub route and skip the cheese steak!“

“Mickey is an amazing manager, my dumb butt ordered from at her store by mistake while working in Dickson and she kept my recipes and allowed gave me a refund when I made a mistake. When I’m not working her store is the only jersey mikes I go to. Thank you so much again!“
