I ordered two famous bowls and a large Mac and cheese through Doordash from this location. The Doordash driver picked our food up quickly and got it here in a very timely manner so I blame KFC for how horrible the food was. Both famous bowls were stone cold and tasted terrible and they sent coleslaw instead of mac and cheese and the coleslaw was warm and had a horrible chemical taste. Do not eat here. They will give someone food poisoning and the place will be sued. I went through the drive through to order the new spicy wings. They give me wings that have sit out for more than 1 hour. Food poising starts at the 1 hr mark. The food has to be fresh especially chicken you will kill someone. They said that KFC doesn't offer refunds anymore for their customers. Good job KFC.
Ordered one nashville hot 4 piece combo with lemonade, one regular with mtn dew. I got home (30 minutes away) and found my lemonade was water, no sauces (I asked for ranch and bbq), and no pickles with the hot tenders. Really disappointing since I hadn't had KFC in a while and was craving a lemonade.
KFC is a convenient restaurant with plenty of parking. The food is good, with new items on the menu. However, there have been issues with orders being incorrect, including adding gravy to mashed potatoes despite an allergy. Additionally, some customers have reported finding hair in their food. The staff, including Brooke and Genisis, are friendly, but the restaurant's phone service can be unresponsive.
