Always busy with friendly staff. The location is ideal. I'm not a fan of the elevator to get pharmacy goods, but it's understandable with the limited space in this building.

This Kroger, which sits on the corner of 21st and Blair in Hillsboro is a Millennials dream. Why you ask? Well, all they have is the small, two-basket carts...and they have plenty of them, which makes my heart beyond happy! Legit all I want in life is more of those small double decker carts!
