Food is always great and Noelle is so friendly! Loved talking to her about Italy and busiate pasta!
This is a review for the newly opened Franklin (Cool Springs) location. I have to say that I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of the Cool Springs location for months now and was so excited to get to try it last night, but the experience was a bit of a let down after all those months of waiting. We were in Nashville for a concert & found Little Hats online & decided to check it out because the reviews were so good. We were not disappointed at all! The customer service was phenomenal! The two beautiful ladies at the front were super friendly & helpful & very easy to talk to. The food was so good that we had to go back for more the next day to take back home to Indiana with us! The bolognese was some of the best pasta i’ve ever had! We found several things in the market...read full review

Little Hats is an absolute gem in Hillsboro Village, a true one-stop shop for Italian cuisine. Every sandwich tried is somehow the best sandwich ever had, from the turkey sandwich to the recommended Chicago beef. The strawberry and goat cheese salad is a favorite, and the Italian wedding soup is perfect for a chill. The Calabrian salad dressing is zesty with heat. Everything is huge, ensuring leftovers, and the quality across the board is consistently excellent. The gelato and tiramisu are heavenly, perfect for finishing a shopping trip or as a treat.
Beyond eating in, guests can pick up fresh pasta, quality sauces, and convenient premade meals from the well-stocked cold case. The convenience of having everything for an amazing Italian dinner without running all over town is fantastic. The patio has a positive vibe, great for dates or fun with friends, and families are well-taken care of with a kid’s menu. Service is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with staff offering good recommendations. There is a nice selection of drinks and complementary water at the counter. With free parking available, it is a great spot to grab dinner before a movie and has become a weekly staple for many.
