Lovely place. Reminded my of the pizza parlors in New York. My expectations weren't high after having just gotten back from New York but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little upset the lovely young lady made me wait to get my slice because the pizza was fresh out of the oven, but I knew it was for my own good. lol We had just gotten in from a trip and stopped at the K&S market to get some hard to find groceries to take home and we needed somewhere to pop in and grab something and go. Fast service. If you're going to K&S market, I suggest going here first, it will surely save you some money.

Hands-down, the best pizza in town. My wife and I just got back from Boston and we went to a pizza place that everyone was raving about that had New York style pizza. My wife and I looked at each other a few minutes into our meal and both said New York Pie is significantly better than this! This is the most legit New York style pizza I’ve had.

The crew at the Nashville West location were amazing! Super nice and polite! I went with my friend and they had samples for a Pepperoni pizza pinwheel. It was delicious and 100% something they should add to the menu! It was my first time going there and everything was great. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Price point a bit high, but tastes good. This particular location is small so not much in the way of sit down dining. Staff weren't rude or anything but not overly welcoming either.

Given that they completely omitted one of the pizzas I ordered and told me I didn't order it while offering no apology or attempt to figure it out, theyre lucky I gave 3 stars instead of 1. The garlic knots were ok, nothing life changing, my husband said the sausage pizza was very good. When we came in the cashier did ask if we had been there before (we had not) and was helpful in explaining the way they could customize things. Which is why I still gave 2 stars for service. He was also the same person who made no effort to fix the missing pizza or apologize but I'm trying to give credit where I can. Had we ever ordered there before it might have dawned on me that the $$ was not enough when he gave me the total but I hadn't really paid attention to the price, we were just interested in trying something new while we were in Nashville. Really liked the pictures of all the Italian/pizza restaurants on the walls. The idea that you can buy ready made pizza by the slice also seems like it would be a convenient option for a quick bite. Overall I guess I would recommend if you're OK with having to be fanatical about checking order accuracy.

Me and my friend came in to eat lunch today and had a very good experience! The workers were amazing and so kind. They let us try a veggie pin wheel, it was delicious! It definitely goes great for an appetizer before enjoying a slice of pizza. The pizza slice is huge and very good! They also have pepperoni pin wheels as well! This is the West Nashville location! Definitely recommend coming in and trying them out!
