I ordered a bigger plate, the total cost is $15.37 (including tax and extra for a steak dish), if I used my 1,595 points, I was asked to pay for $13.xx. Why? It...read full review

Panda Express offers a variety of dishes, including spicy hot shrimp. The staff works hard to ensure quality, with a fast drive-through service. The location is generally clean and well-maintained, which many appreciate. While there have been issues with delivery and communication, as well as cold food upon arrival, the restaurant is known for its friendly staff who provide helpful suggestions.
Recently, the restaurant has introduced fun promotions, including karaoke booths where singing for 20 seconds can earn a buy one get one free bowl coupon. They also offer a family meal deal that includes a free karaoke speaker. Overall, the food is usually good, with some standout items like the sweet fire chicken and noodles that have surprised customers with their quality. However, there are reports of running out of popular items and some customers feeling that portion sizes can be underwhelming for the price. Despite these challenges, Panda Express strives to provide efficient service and flavorful meals, and the integrity of its staff has also been highlighted by customers.
