The food is always good however they always forget dipping sauces, napkins, drinks. If I spend over $100 worth in Pizza my drink should be there. You have lost a customer.

I was lucky enough to have Alvin help me with my order. Because of him everything was exceptional. He is absolutely the best customer service professional I have had in a long time. Outstanding. Thanks Alvin for making my experience here the best ever I have had at Pizza Hut. And really going above and beyond makes him stand high above any restaurant in Nashville. How do you order chicken wings, and get no FLATS??..I was a regular at this pizza hut for years, before it moved even further up on Murfreesboro Rd..and still supported, however, I STOPPED ordering before summer, because my pizza I ordered, WITH EXTRA CHEESE...had NO CHEESE...just wanted extra cheese nothing else!! I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE

I ordered $150 of food to give as a gift to a business associate. When we arrived no one said hello, welcome, how are you, nothing? We stand for 5 mins while they jostle some supplies around and then they look at me - not sure he even spoke! After I paid we stand another 5 mins while they box it up and hand it over without so much as a thank you. Will never return to this location. Need a lesson in marketing and manners!

Ordered 2 pizzas for carryout and waited 20 minutes. When we got there they told us it wasn't finished and told us to wait 40 minutes. After the 40 minutes were up we went back and they told us they hadn't worked on it yet and to wait another 40 minutes. I order from this place alot and the food is nice and did have issues before but seriously, 1 hour and forty minutes? And we didn't even get the pizzas.
They messed up my order. I asked for half cheese and half vegetables and I got all vegetable. Also ordered a parmessean bottle and never received it. Also I asked for contact less delivery because my wife was sleeping but he knocked and rang bell anyways. She ate half my food.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!Ordered some delivery, two hours later no pizza and no update. I tried to call 4 times and was hung up on each time. Finally went down there and was told "oh we don't have the stuff to make that we told door dash to notify you"(we did not order through doordash) and pretty much everything we ordered I saw them putting in the oven. Will never order from here again.PS we better get our refund like you send you we will be disputing the charge and calling corporate.

Dropped off my order at the wrong apartment, rude when I called to get my money back after walking around to look for it. Didn't say sorry or and told us they were closed at 945 when I called. Literally answered the phone saying "Pizza Hutt Closed" after they didn't answer my first call. - Ordered again next day and order was wrong, no sauces even the extra ones I ordered, upgraded to cheesesticks, just got breadsticks.. won't order from here again.

Very nice staff works here! I ordered a couple of pizzas and they had them made and ready quickly! The guy behind the counter was nice and efficient. There were some individuals in the parking lot who looked a little suspicious, so be sure to lock your doors and don't take valuables when picking up your pizza. Overall great store in a not so great area!
