I ordered $150 of food to give as a gift to a business associate. When we arrived no one said hello, welcome, how are you, nothing? We stand for 5 mins while they jostle some supplies around and then they look at me - not sure he even spoke! After I paid we stand another 5 mins while they box it up and hand it over without so much as a thank you. Will never return to this location. Need a lesson in marketing and manners!
They messed up my order. I asked for half cheese and half vegetables and I got all vegetable. Also ordered a parmessean bottle and never received it. Also I asked for contact less delivery because my wife was sleeping but he knocked and rang bell anyways. She ate half my food.
