“I had a great time ordering here. I had a few different options and I took advantage. The blackened tenders are great and the taste is delicious 😋

You can use a dipping sauce or not as the seasoning is great.

The spicy chicken is always a good choice. We like it for the flavor and taste. It doesn’t burn too much so no need to worry.

The staff is great and they work well together.“

“Had a pretty good experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and packed with flavor, and the fries were fresh and well seasoned. Service was polite and the restaurant was fairly clean. The wait was a little longer than expected, but overall it was a satisfying meal and worth stopping by.“

“The staff were friendly and professional. They worked very fast. I came in with a group of 8 people and it only took 15 minutes to take our orders and get our food out to us. The food was good and fresh! The restaurant was clean. Will revisit!“

“The actual food and service were 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t 5 Michelin stars high end food. It’s 5 stars for your standard fast food type setting. But the food court at Opry Mills needs a good hot bath. Since that’s not Popeyes fault, I’m not penalizing them. But it was kind of messy and unkept. Back to the food, everything was freshly prepared and good quality. Had a good amount of Mayo on the sandwich. Sides were acceptable for Popeyes.“

“I ordered the special and it was supposed to be a spicy 9 piece, but when I got home and everyone began to eat, I clearly received regular chicken. Not one piece of spicy in the whole box!! Needless to say, it was too late to return the food. I am disappointed. The price was ridiculous, and to receive the wrong order completely... very upsetting.

Update: 6/02/26- I tried to give y'all a second chance tonight. I ordered the family meal spicy, again... Not one piece was spicy. And I asked for fresh fried chicken. I told the cashier, I would wait for it. They gave me reheated chicken and hard biscuits!! This is unacceptable.“

“Best Popeyes in the area, food wise, and it's in a gas station :). I've been to 3 others. I had to come here again to make sure it wasn't just a one off, it's real. Chicken is extra crispy and well breaded all around, not mushy, not burned. Whoever's back there in the kitchen is doing it right. Keep it up!“
