Five of us had dinner at Puckett's on Super Bowl Sunday. The restaurant as understandably empty with Super Bowl parties going on elsewhere. We started with the fried green tomatoes. I'm not a tomato lover but I enjoyed these tomatoes. A friend and I shared the BBQ platter with brisket and the Piggy Mac. Both were delicious. It's a relaxing and enjoyable place to have dinner. The service is great and efficient. The food is typical of southern dishes that are excellent, and you receive large portions. The prices are very reasonable They also have a great beer selection and some good wine options as well. We always enjoy eating at Puckette's
We are early risers so it was nice to get up and walk to get a good cup of coffee and breakfast in downtown Nashville without paying an arm and a leg. The omelets were perfect, biscuits were amazing and the server at the bar was hilarious. Great experience all the way around.
