Stoped here while bar hopping in Germantown , we seated at the bar and were greeted by the friendliest bartender . He recommended us his favorite drinks , I ended up ordering the blazing saddle and he warned was spicy and decided to make it a little bit less spicy , that's was thoughtful. We also got some sushi as a snack . It was delicious . Would 100% come back to get dinner sometime .
The brunch was fantastic. Great options on both food and drink. Really loved sitting at the bar. The bartender was fabulous even though she was dealing with a pretty intense brunch rush.

Nashville has a neighborhood near down town that has abundant hotels but no food after 9:00. Ee solved the problem with A with drive to the germantown area to Silo. The unassuming exterior (it was night, ok?) hides a warm, woodsy and sleek little bar/ restaurant open till 11:00 and serving food as well.
