Sonic Drive-In in Nashville

“Upon ordering at the walk up speaker, we were pleasantly greeted and our order was taken accurately. The employee who delivered our order to us was very personable and accommodating. He offered ketchup, but forgot to bring it out to us. By the time we finished our tots he remembered and apologized, and brought us ketchup with a hot and fresh new order of small tots. Andre Patrick is the employee’s name. He went above and beyond for us today. I will definitely bring my family for fast food night here again!“

“Haven't had too many issues with this Sonic. They had some issues in the past but hopefully they have hired some intelligent people that aren't confused about who they are and can get the correct food, made correctly and to the right vehicles.“

“Great location with friendly staff and good food. The staff delivers food in a timely manner and it's always nice and hot. Have had very few issues with food or service at this location and any time I have had a complaint it has been addressed properly by management. I like this location very much.“

“Food was great. There was a lot of people there but serve was good!

Parking: Obviously there are stalls to pull into, but there was a guy across from me who's truck was too big to fit. So he parked, literally on the other side and was able to just step over the curb and place his order on foot. Easy!

Kid-friendliness: Lost of options for kids and fun drinks!“

“This was my first visit to any Sonic in iver 15 years. I am happy it offers mini milkshakes and Texas toast rather than just hamburger buns. The onion rings are to die for because they were crispy and hot.
The angle of the menu monitor was not conducive to remaining in the car. It isn't clear how payment is made. I pushed the button to order by following my intuition. It was an interesting experience for sure.“

“I am actually very rarely disappointed by their food or drinks. I hadn’t been here in a while and went today. Got a popcorn chicken combo w/ fries (my daughter doesn’t like the new wavy fries which were not seasoned and were hard) and a sweet tea. I also got a medium order of chili cheese tots and a medium unsweetened tea. The food was hot and delicious. Tons and tons of ketchup packets which I really appreciated. It was 97 degrees today so the iced tea was much needed and was refreshing. My only complaint are the expensive prices. A medium unsweetened tea which looks like a small was almost $4. The combo was almost $10 which is still expensive but expected. The medium chili cheese tots had maybe 12-14 tater tots and was almost $5 which is ridiculous to me. Because of the prices I won’t be able to indulge as much as we would like.“

“Sonic is a really great place to eat at they have really alsome food and drinks and milkshakes and the friendly staff members and Co workers are working so very hard to make our food just the way we want it I appreciate how patience and understanding the family team at sonic keep up with the affinity amazing great work words of encouragement pass it along please and thank you I believe in y'all so very much have a good day and a very blessed day today sonic team“

“This store has been through a lot over the years. It's not exactly in the best neighborhood but the food and ice cream are awesome.
Also, they have a great crew working now. Hopefully it stays that way for a while. It hasn't always been that way.“

“A+! This sonic does food service right. Order was taken in a timely manner. Speaker rep was friendly and order was 100% correct. And in addition, the most well put together and well presented food I’ve had from a fast food joint in years!“

“I’ve been here several times in the past couple of weeks and Michael, the one who is out delivering the food to the vehicles, always has a huge smile, walks with enthusiasm, and looks you dead in the eyes as he delivers the food. This guy is a blessing to Sonic and provides a very enjoyable experience. It’s the little things that matter And this dude gets it. Promote this fella as soon as possible.“

“if i come in the morning the service is very slow, and the food isnt always fresh. when Ashley is there at night the food is fresh and it comes out quickly. I went up there the other day in the morning and there was 2 other cars there besides mine and i pressed the button and nobody answered. I waited 45 minutes, even seen a girl walk out with food then walk back inside and still never got my order taken, i ended up just leaving. i definitely wont come back unless its a weekend at night when i know shes normally there.“

“I normally wouldn't write reviews, but I had almost stopped ordering from you guy all together. Your day shift crew is completely different. I ordered Uber eats, yes, I live close and yes I tip and it doesn't take long, however it's usually subpar. I used to love sonic so I was upset with the location. They usually do forget something and sadly they forgot one item again, but the food was hot. You forgot the tater tots so I would suggest you all spend more time cuz we have to eat those costs. McDonald's has never forgot an item and it's continually a thing for youz I do appreciate this is my 3rd time ordering or it being fresh! Only order at AM at prepare to be missing something.“

“I believe this was the Mt. Juliet location i am reviewing. If it is, I was there when Mt. Juliet Middle School let out. There was alot of kids on the patio area waiting for their parents to pick them up. There were a couple that ordered but the majority did not. It was loud & kids chasing other kids around. This is a problem for this business.“
