Great customer service!! Really nice and respectful
Came in to this location and told them about my horrible experience at a different location. (Charlotte Pike, Nashville, Tennessee) They gave me a free drink and made sure my tea was good and made correctly and my experience here was great. I love this location. Everyone is always friendly. ❤️
I stopped on my way home. I have not been to a Starbucks in a while. I felt pressured and rushed to pick. The woman helping me made my experience terrible. I felt like an inconvenience. Will not be back.
