I ordered online. They didn’t fulfill the order and told me to hit Starbucks awful customer service chat for a refund. I still don’t have a refund it has been 30 minutes.
I don’t know who the manager is here but they need to learn how to make a schedule. Who puts 1 person on in the morning! Almost a half 20 wait for a drip coffee!!
Also out of so many things it is amazing, how do you actually think you know how to run a store.
The poor girl there by herself while a convention is going on did her absolute best and was great even though overwhelmed.

Literally 25 minutes for a latte. One person making espresso drinks at a rate of maybe 1 per 5 min. Felt chaotic.
