Not that it’s a competition but Stoke Haus is the best BBQ in Nashville. Hands down. I’ve lived in the city for over 15 years and every item we ordered was 12/10. Unfortunately ribs + Mac and cheese were sold out. Looks like we will be going back, earlier, to make sure we get to eat it all. Can’t wait to go back. I’ll be telling everyone about this place. Finally a place that keeps its promise of Proper Texas Brisket! If you make this claim you better A) know of to season/smoke it B) know of to slice it (not a philly), these guys get both right!! But it doesnt stop there (believe me that would've been enough) no the sides are great too. The German potato salad is a must as well.. The beers are a quality brew, and a variety of flavors, not just your trendy IPA but dark and fest styles. Wish this place the best in a city being overrun...read full review
