This was my first time at the Nashville location & it will be my absolute last! The waiter had no knowledge of the menu, how to properly take the order & several of our parties orders were made wrong. The wait time was horrible! None of the servers "understood" English, but when other customers came in that didn't look like us, their food came quicker, fresher & faster. Zero stars on food, accuracy of orders, urgency to make it right & overall experience.
Went there with some work colleagues on 2/10/25. I was 3rd or 4th in line and ordered 3 beef tacos with cheese . They took my order never mentioned being out of beef. I filled my drink at the drink station which was out of half the drinks and the coke from the machine was the absolute worst I have ever had, ( the machine was out of co2). They brought every one’s orders out , after about 35 minutes from ordering 3 tacos I asked him where mine was and he said it’s coming out...read full review
We waited 35 minutes for a dine-in order and food never came. 5 groups that ordered after us received their food. We asked the staff 2 separate times and it still did not come. Left without ever receiving it. Wasted our time. Very disappointed in the service.
