A must try hole in the wall restaurant!!! We saw someone else's review and pictures and had to give it a try. The carrot onion hot pepper salsa was very spicey and totally delicious!!! I could have just eaten that all night, along with the fried chips. We got the chorizo tacos, OMG!!! They were great. Definitely going back to try more dishes. It is a small place, but the food is top notch.
No wait to get in. Definitely decided to try it after seeing a picture of someone else's tacos. The chorizo tacos were on point. We also read the chips and salsa were great so we tried that too. It is very spicy but sooooo good. The waitress saw us gobble it all down and brought us another bowl and told us we should try it on our tacos, so we did. Did not disappoint. We will be back!

If you're looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant, don't miss Taqueria Vallarta in Hermitage, TN. The food is authentic and has not been modified to the American pallet. What I mean is that they don't add all the unnecessary sauces and sugar to cater to the U.S. pallet. This is authentic Mexican food. The restaurant is small and local.
