Tennessee Legend Distillery - Marathon Village

I would give a zero if that was an option. We were just in your Distillery today 11/10/24. Your manager working in the afternoon around 2pm was extremely rude to a group of 25 of us that came in. He was disrespectful and told us to go ahead and give him a bad review that he doesn't care because he's the manager. Simply because he asked is how many were wanting to sample and we didn't answer quickly enough and one of us said "I don't know yet" as we were trying to figure out. There was absolutely no reason for him to to treat us so unfair and talk disrespectfully to us as he did. He then started to argue back and forth with another member of the group. I had just made purchases and really wanted to return my items due to his disrespect. You should really have a talk with him on how to treat his customers.... and to be so careless to say he didn't care if we gave your place a bad review is just bad business.
Hopefully, you take this review serious as your customers can either make or break your business so always remember that.

My husband and I stopped by Tennessee Legend Distillery when we were in Tennessee for a weekend trip. Cody was an excellent server for our tasting. We are a little new to this and he was very informative and helpful. All of the tastings were superb, especially the Salted Caramel cream liqueur. Yum!

Go sample flavors! Purchase there or they ship to your door. Kyle gave us many laughs and was so knowledgeable on each bottle of booze! We walked out with 3 purchased bottles and big smiles!

This place was great because they believe in themselves. Where else can you go and get (5) FREE mini shots to sample. There are a lot of great options and none of them disappointed. The salted caramel and peanut butter whiskeys were great. The moonshine was good and the cream too. Lots of options. The server was funny and earned his tip.

Thus place was ridiculously good. So many different kinds of liqueurs and moonshine and whisky. They offer free tastings of a few and everything I sampled was great. The staff is very friendly. Sadly I had to limit myself to only a few bottles, but the salted caramel whisky was one of them. Amazing.

Glad we stopped in for the tasting. This is a must do while in the area. Friendly service!

Very good whiskey

Kyle was super funny and knowledgeable about everything he was pouring. A wonderful personality to be doing what he does. Really enjoyed our experience. Icing on the cake was finding delicious whiskeys to bring back home!
