On national cupcake day, I grabbed the deal for the premade mix and icing and it made a perfectly moist cake not too fluffy not to dense, just right, me and my family loved it. It had its own original flavor and we were able to control how much icing we used. We will definitely be buying more and I’m hoping for more flavors to be available soon for baking at home. I’m so glad they ship nationwide.
I paid $22 for six cupcakes yesterday and they were all extremely dry. Icing is hard. Definitely won’t do that again. I miss Dulce de Leche in Edgehill. This is the second time I’ve tried Cupcake Collection and just don’t get the hype. Moving forward I’ll go with Publix. And I’m a cupcake snob. Just a flat out ripoff.
This place is incredibly sloppy, unprofessional, and overpriced. Beware and DO NOT ORDER FROM!!
I ordered a “vintage heart cake” from Cupcake Collections this week. Throughout the process of placing my order, I was quoted 3 different prices. On the phone, I was quoted by the manager, Bree, that the cake would be $100 for a heart shape cake since it is a specific type of cake. Then I was emailed an invoice of $120. The Cupcake Collection in South Nashville offers a variety of delicious, wonderful, scrumptious cupcakes with great taste and unique flavor options. The sweet potato is a standout favorite, along with Lemonade and Red Velvet. Vegan and many gluten-free options are available, and the friendly, kind staff provides excellent, wonderful customer service. The monthly flavor German chocolate is a favorite. Cupcakes are stored in the refrigerator or are frozen, so letting them sit out for a bit before enjoying is recommended, but it's worth it. Visitors can expect a warm welcome. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day for the Lenox Village location. They are a bit pricey, but worth a splurge.
