Been missing Peruvian food for a while and this place does not disappoint! The lomo saltado, pan de chicharrón, and arroz chaufa were all stellar and this is definitely a food truck I will try to seek out on a weekly basis. The staff were very friendly and food was good value, with tons of flavor. As someone from Peruvian background, I can't wait to bring my brother next time he is town to try this place out!
Delicious, fresh, and friendly! I had The Inka Trailer for lunch at a Musician's Corner event and the whole family loved it. We got the Classico ceviche with fish, veggie chaufas (fried rice), fries, and fried plantains. The ceviche was a fresh and flavorful. The fried rice was rich and a hit with kids and adults alike. One of my favorite to-go place in Nash! Anticuchos is definitely a must-to-try, but, seriously, nothing can go wrong here. Weekly specials also bring cheerful touch to the menu. Still miss this place after my movement.
