We grabbed dinner here before heading to the symphony. I wish I knew our waiter's name. He was the best. We started with delicious drinks, wonder assortment of breads, then went to our entrees. This is where our waiter came to my rescue. My lobster ravioli was way too spicy for me and he was quick to notice and in no time had another delivered, with not pepper flakes. It was so good! Thank you so much. .
Really disappointed in food quality. Went there 3 weeks ago and had the lobster bisque. Lobster bisque this time was much thicker which seemed over salted due to being over thickened. Less cream on top than last time. Ordered the veal chop both times. And the first veal chop was perfect mid rare. Last night, it was almost half the size and well overcooked. No point in sending back as we had to make it to a show. Lobster tail, potatoes, and carpaccio was on point though. Really...
We have dined at the Palm many times. I'd have rated the experience 5 stars but for one aspect. We have always parked at the Hilton hotel and the Palm has validated out our valet parking ticket. This time we were told we'd have to pay over $35 to park regardless of validation. We spoke to the restaurant manager and he told us he couldn't doing anything about the charge. This is unacceptable. There re many fine dining options in Nashville. We will now not be as motivated...
