The staff sets this stunning hotel apart with 5 star service. Hope was just wonderful and made our vacation extra special. All the gentlemen at the door was so very pleasant with a smile every time we approached them. We don't splurge often on luxury but we're glad we did it here! Thank you, Hermitage staff!
The service was excellent. The food delicious. We had tea. It was a very special experience.
