Vinh-Long is a small, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant that serves authentic and delicious food. The servings are generous, and the pho is a standout dish, with many meat toppings and flavorful broth—some say it’s the best pho they’ve had in a while, with a hardy broth. The Banh Mi Bo Kho is also a popular choice, with a sweet and tomatoey broth, and the shrimp and pork soup with egg noodles comes highly recommended. The beef and carrot soup is another favorite. Despite being a tight space, the restaurant is very clean, efficient, and can accommodate a large number of customers, even during peak hours. The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are reasonable for the huge portions. Cash only, but worth a visit for any pho lover.
