Wendy's in Nashville

“I came in through the drive thru after work(around 9pm). I am nervous when going places during "off" hours but my experience was great. My food was fresh, the cashier was kind and polite. My wait time was minimal. No complaints from me.“

“The girls at the drive thru were ON POINT!! They told me both their names but I can't remember. Seems like 1 of them was initials, anyway, great service, the food was good and they put a smile on my face after a pretty bad day. Props to the crew that day!“

“I usually go through the drive through at this particular Wendy’s but today we decided to eat inside. The restaurant is very clean, well kept and the service was terrific. Food was great and our order was correct. The best part of our visit was meeting Dominque and our conversation with him. Great job!“

“We ordered our food at 4:30 PM on a Sunday. It took about four minutes to prepare and it was so fresh. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burgers were perfect (not smashed/cold/falling apart etc).
I’ve had Wendy’s ever since I was a child and this is, by far, the best Wendy’s meal I’ve ever had.

•Clean tables, clean restrooms, clean floors.
•Cold AC on a REALLY HOT day.

“I like Wendy's, but i am morally opposed to the adoption industry and the business of brokering in humans too new to this earth to stand up for themselves. Anyway, if you think my opposition to adoption is crazy, go google adult adoptee voices and listen to them. Adult adopters are 5x more likely to die from self inflicted on purpose causes. That's not ok. But I do love a chocolate frosty.“

“I don’t know how this Wendy’s doesn’t have higher ratings. Maybe because it’s fast food so people just find things to complain about, but this is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I go here almost everyday for my lunch break and the line moves super fast, my order is always right, and the food is literally always hot and fresh. On top of that they literally stay packed. At lunch the line will be put to the main road a lot of times and they’re still quick and food always good.“

“The food quality here is fresh every time I come, even today with the small problem I had. I had to keep repeating myself to the person on the speaker who clearly was distracted by his co workers speaking to him. I only wanted my burger replaced with lettuce, I did not know how complicated this would be considering this fast food chain does this often.. a woman had to come on the mic to continue to take my order. After clarifying what I wanted she assured me it was correct. I get back to work and open the box with my burger and see I was only given one piece of lettuce and the nastiest piece they probably had on hand. Also was missing my sauces and had to go back in for them. I would recommend this location only if your order is straight off the menu board and no accommodations are needed“

“Sharon at the front counter was amazing! She has such a bubbly fantastic attitude that completely made my day! Anytime I asked for something she was glad to help me with a bright smile! I am so happy with my experience because of Sharon! 10/10 will definitely be back very soon!“

“Wow!! I typically stop here each Sunday for breakfast. Each Sunday I’d wait long periods and the service was not good. Today, I went and just knew I’d have to wait again… but not so. Immediately, I noticed a rather cheerful voice come on the speaker. When I got to the window I couldn't help but ask the guy his name (Matthew) as the service was impeccable! He was so attentive, passionate and friendly, I thought “whoever made this hiring decision made a game-changer for this location!” Matthew thank you! Hope to see/hear you each Sunday morning!!“

“All the windies I've been to are always clean, really Great Employees, Orders are right, Food's Great...Free Wi-Fi, ECT. This one is no exception. There's only One that I've been To that I Will Not Go back..

Vegetarian options: Wendy's being a burger restaurant doesn't serve a whole lot of vegan dishes however they will if you order their salads and other dishes and sides they will accommodate you the best way they can their salads are always fresh they always have a truck that brings fresh ingredients I've seen it with my own eyes..

Kid-friendliness: Wendy's has always been a kid friendly restaurant. They give to a adoption agency to get kids adopted that are in foster care you can see the artwork after the kids are adopted all over the restaurants that these families make together and they are beautiful take a gander at some of it when you visit. There's also a donation Box right there in front of the register..

Parking: I've never had a problem finding a parking spot, even for me that has to park in wheelchair accessible parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is kind of a gray area most Wendy's have a wheelchair ramp but they're not all perfect sometimes you do have to go up onto the sidewalk, Not all, But some Don't have a Ramp.. they do however help you get in the hold the door they will even come out and help you if need be

Dietary restrictions: Any kind of dietary restrictions they will if you tell them they will make sure that you don't get anything that you are not supposed to get, just let them know when you order.“

“On 10/9/24 I visited this location for lunch. Our food was hot and fresh, we were greeted by the cashier and she even came by later to ask my mother how did she like the new shake they were featuring. I accidentally left my wallet and called back later and Danielle after wanting a detailed description which I greatly appreciated stated it was there and it had been put up in a safe place. I thanked her and she states that she would want someone to return something she lost. I really appreciate her and the rest of the staff for a good lunch and for being honest and taking care of my wallet until I returned to get it. I will be returning to this location when I am in the area.“
