“Fresh burgers in single, double, or triple size! Love the chili and frostee, as well. Unfortunately, half the fountain drink options were grayed out (unavailable). The baked potatoes still come without an inadequate amount of butter and sour cream.“

“I came in through the drive thru after work(around 9pm). I am nervous when going places during "off" hours but my experience was great. My food was fresh, the cashier was kind and polite. My wait time was minimal. No complaints from me.“

“I like Wendy's, but i am morally opposed to the adoption industry and the business of brokering in humans too new to this earth to stand up for themselves. Anyway, if you think my opposition to adoption is crazy, go google adult adoptee voices and listen to them. Adult adopters are 5x more likely to die from self inflicted on purpose causes. That's not ok. But I do love a chocolate frosty.“

“The girls at the drive thru were ON POINT!! They told me both their names but I can't remember. Seems like 1 of them was initials, anyway, great service, the food was good and they put a smile on my face after a pretty bad day. Props to the crew that day!“

“Came into grab lunch. Omg! The staff was Amazon! The lady who took my order with purple in her hair was super nice. Very sweet. There was also a older lady with grey hair and a visor hat on. She's got an amazing personality! Very nice with the guest. The foodwas damn damn good! Honestly hands down the best experience Ive had at any Wendy's in a long time. Definitely wayyyyyy better than the one on Dickerson Pike by my place. I only gave the atmosphere a 1 star because yall need to fix the air in this place. It was hot. It's bad enough these people in here working hard and already hot and this place don't have air. Ya'll (Wendy's) need to take care of that air. Your employees are amazing and working hard for you. You need to work hard for them. Absolutely Amazing! Im very impressed. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Wendy's in a very long time. Take care of that air for your employees.“

“I don’t know how this Wendy’s doesn’t have higher ratings. Maybe because it’s fast food so people just find things to complain about, but this is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I go here almost everyday for my lunch break and the line moves super fast, my order is always right, and the food is literally always hot and fresh. On top of that they literally stay packed. At lunch the line will be put to the main road a lot of times and they’re still quick and food always good.“

“I usually go through the drive through at this particular Wendy’s but today we decided to eat inside. The restaurant is very clean, well kept and the service was terrific. Food was great and our order was correct. The best part of our visit was meeting Dominque and our conversation with him. Great job!“

“The food quality here is fresh every time I come, even today with the small problem I had. I had to keep repeating myself to the person on the speaker who clearly was distracted by his co workers speaking to him. I only wanted my burger replaced with lettuce, I did not know how complicated this would be considering this fast food chain does this often.. a woman had to come on the mic to continue to take my order. After clarifying what I wanted she assured me it was correct. I get back to work and open the box with my burger and see I was only given one piece of lettuce and the nastiest piece they probably had on hand. Also was missing my sauces and had to go back in for them. I would recommend this location only if your order is straight off the menu board and no accommodations are needed“

“I always use the drive thru. The people working here are always so friendly and helpful. That means as much to me as good food. I ordered two singles and large fries. The food was fixed exactly as I requested. It was hot and it was perfect! This is my favorite Wendy's in the Nashville area! They always get it right!“

“Domnecia was such a patient and knowledgeable cashier she knew all the things we were curious about and helped us make our choices and even sold me those sweet Halloween treat bucks. I went with my 9 & 12 year old girls who were so happy joking and asking questions with her. Even my picky baby found something new that is now In her top favorite things. We arrived just as breakfast was ending and lunch was begining our food was hot and fresh. She even brought it to me at our table. She is priceless we will be back very soon we found our happy place. Thank you done ia and the manager lady who also helped and smiled so sweetly to my shy 12 yr old. This store might not be the most money making placed but its ppl make it the best!! “All the windies I've been to are always clean, really Great Employees, Orders are right, Food's Great...Free Wi-Fi, ECT. This one is no exception. There's only One that I've been To that I Will Not Go back..

Vegetarian options: Wendy's being a burger restaurant doesn't serve a whole lot of vegan dishes however they will if you order their salads and other dishes and sides they will accommodate you the best way they can their salads are always fresh they always have a truck that brings fresh ingredients I've seen it with my own eyes..

Kid-friendliness: Wendy's has always been a kid friendly restaurant. They give to a adoption agency to get kids adopted that are in foster care you can see the artwork after the kids are adopted all over the restaurants that these families make together and they are beautiful take a gander at some of it when you visit. There's also a donation Box right there in front of the register..

Parking: I've never had a problem finding a parking spot, even for me that has to park in wheelchair accessible parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is kind of a gray area most Wendy's have a wheelchair ramp but they're not all perfect sometimes you do have to go up onto the sidewalk, Not all, But some Don't have a Ramp.. they do however help you get in the hold the door they will even come out and help you if need be

Dietary restrictions: Any kind of dietary restrictions they will if you tell them they will make sure that you don't get anything that you are not supposed to get, just let them know when you order.“
