I went to this Wendy's and the dining area was closed. I went through the drive thru I sat and sat and sat waiting for my order to be taken. I thought to myself they must be closed. I try picking up my free peppermint frosty & was told they didn't have the small frosty cups. I asked if I could get a small drink cup of the peppermint frosty & was told no. No apologies for the inconvenience, no compromise, no decent customer service. Never patronizing this place.
