“Since its opening, The Local Goat has been the go-to overnight stop on our I-75 North/South trek. Initially this was because the restaurant was next to our hotel, but now we stop because of the great food. Today, I want to give a loud SHOUT OUT to our waitress, Skylar. She reflects good service and compliments the excellent food of The Local Goat experience. Sky engaged in a friendly conversation with a very sweet, personal touch; we will remember to ask for her on our next stop!”

“Just go here now - the atmosphere is adorable, the owners are precious, the food is delicious!! Also you can just drop in for the homemade daily desserts without even getting pizza if you’re in a hurry and have a sweet tooth. So excited to have found this place!”

“excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!”

“Loved how nice the employees were today! ❤️ Super friendly guy at window. Food was yum and drink was perfect! Lemonade made as a fruit & ice and the maple waffle sandwich is the go to’s. Great location. 🙂💛🙏

Update: Scooters lost my faith in wanting to get drinks made by them today because they said they can’t make lemonades as fruit and ice when I’ve had multiple locations make them before, which means I have to go to starbucks if I want a double blended lemonade, so might as well get my blended coffees at starbucks too. Also the girl I asked for my drink lined with honey and then she gave it to me mixed so I couldn’t see how much there was on the cup and she said next time ask for it that way. I’m pretty sure I did ask for it that way. Definitely not a place to go to get your drink customized to your liking easily. Whatever happened to the customer always being right and catering to the customers wants as long as they pay for it? It’s too bad cause I do like their blenders, but if it is that hard to get it sweetened w honey how I want it then forget about it.”

“girl when i tell u it was so GOOD! Customer service here was just amazing. There were these amazing and hilarious workers. One of them was a girl with glasses, a tall boy, and a flamboyant boy. They were so so sweet and put care into making my friends and i's food. Definitely recommend!!”

My new job and doctor require I drive to Chattanooga sometimes, and whenever I start to get hungry heading down I-75 this is the one place that always pops into my mind! The BBQ sandwich and fried okra taste nostalgic, and their chess pie is some of, if not the best I've ever had!”

My husband had a delicious amaretto chocolate cherry shake and I had a scoop of cookie butter, a scoop of Oreo cheesecake and crumbled up waffle cone! We also sampled Earl Grey and butterscotch!! “Ana did an amazing job on the cake I requested for my husband’s birthday in a short notice and was very quick to respond with recommendations on what to put on the cake. It was a very delicious and soft cake with fresh fruits and other toppings. Thank you very much I will order again for sure. ?”

“I'm in town visiting some friends and they took me there for singo. Never heard of that until last night and it was actually pretty fun. Even though I didn't win, we had beer, wings were great. So was the queso dip and the fried pickles. Really fun family atmosphere. So cool place and I'm glad we went. My buddy pointed out to me that they have singo in the city that I live in also so I may have to go check that out. The portions of food they give you are a pretty good size for the amount of money. So the pickles were $4.99 and they gave us a ton of them. Oh and my buddy did win one round of singo so we used it towards our bill.”

“Went in on July 4th night and there was only one cook and one waitress. Completely understand what it is like to be short handed so we were super patient. The waitress was Shannon and she handled it so well. Her and the cook worked so well together. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated how well they were working to give us the best service possible considering it was just the two of them trying to handle so many customers.”

Macie was super excited to make my first Smoothie King product, and after I tasted it, I KNEW WHY. She made a great product and represented it well!!”
