“I was passing through town and found this cozy bar and restaurant. The 'wine down burger' was excellent, and the staff were friendly, responsive and overall very pleasant. The vibe was friendly with an elevated air of standards.“

“YUM! I’m a salad snob, but found Harry’s Blue Cheese and Apple salad absolutely delish! A great mix of salad, fruit, and nuts. I added grilled salmon which was grilled perfectly. Their portions are large … enough to take home. Win/win.

“We came to Chattanooga for a weekend trip and my husband found this place on google and we were not disappointed! Everything we had was amazing! Their menus had lots of choices to fit anything you have the taste for, and their cocktail picture book was awesome! I had the Pixy Stick cocktail and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. We splurged and got the A5 Wagyu appetizer and it was hands down the best steak we’ve ever tried. For our meals, my husband got the blue crab linguine and I had the cheeseburger with street corn as the side, both were amazing! Our waitress, Melanie was so sweet and made our first time there a great one! We weren’t going to do dessert but she insisted we pick one as complimentary so we picked the Moonpie Martini and it was delicious! I’ve already told my husband that I want to come back in April for our anniversary because it was that good!“

“We’ve eaten at Drakes, Chattanooga, since it’s opening and never been disappointed until today when a customer brought a dog inside to the inside “patio” seated at the table next to us. The dog was hyper and the man kept scratching it. Next a female joined him and began scratching the dog. The waiter reached down and also scratched the dog. Next time the waiter came by, the dog jumped up on her and again she scratched the dog. We asked to move inside to an empty booth. After we moved the man brought in another dog. Why were dogs allowed in the restaurant? They were NOT service dogs.“

“I want to start by saying we’ve eaten here A TON as mango sushi. First trip with the new owners….Took over an hour to get 2 orders of noodles and 1 order of vegetables, they are very under staffed, 1 cook and 1 on sushi, so that’s fair.….Food tastes great but Half way through eating one of us pulled a very long blonde hair out of her mouth… we both stopped eating because gross. We get it, it happens, we are all human. HOWEVER, the guys at the table next to us had the same problem with the rice right after we ordered drinks. Now, Normally at a restaurant a manager would have come over and apologized and would have made it right, nope. She sent our waitress back over to apologize and told her they were taking one side of noodles off our bill. $3…. We still tipped our waitress well, she was sweet and nothing was her fault. This would not have happened with the old owners.“
