Stooped here on the way to Atlanta. Walked in to get donuts and coffee. It took 22 minutes to get my daughter’s hot chocolate. No organization and they are all of the place in there. They prioritize the drive thru while completely forgetting about the walk in guest. I watched them make new orders that were just placed in the drive thru while still waiting for the hot chocolate ordered long ago. Vivienne was nice though.
11/4 a.m. crew. One of the worst, most unprofessional places to visit. Will never go back. Older lady at the register yelling @ co workers while taking orders, other workers cussing & hitting equipment while laughing that it's not working. Maybe it's not working because you're hitting it. I live in this area & it's an embarrassment. I hope upper mgt. does a surprise visit.

In the past week, I've been to the broad street, East Ridge & Ooltewah locations. I have to say all 3 are great. I always get a large frozen mocha with whipped cream & and chocolate drizzle. The Ooltewah & Broad Street locations are the only ones to put the chocolate drizzle over the whipped cream. No biggie because they make the best frozen Mocha.
