excellent customer service!
We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem.
Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems,...read full review
