El Vaquero is a restaurant with great food and service. The delivery was unexpectedly fast and tasty. The service when dining in was amazing, leaving the family full and happy. The waitress was attentive and greeted with a smile. Despite being understaffed, the food was decent, with one cook and overextended servers. The management and staffing were the main issues, but the good workers shone through.
