Service was great place was spotless and the people were super friendly
Great service the food was excellent, the manager was very hospitable, made our night ,will definitely be back again,9/25/22..8pm.
Deborah was so friendly and made sure all of my food was fresh, she was very helpful with the app, suggested a pie and i bought two of them. She also told me this kickin chicken sauce was amazing. Sje was just so great, my food was out in less than 30 seconds. I never put reviews and this is one that will make me always come to Hardee's!!

Some visits are positive, with friendly staff like Deborah, also called Miss Debb, who is known for being nice, helpful, and teaching younger workers. Customers appreciate her good work ethic and positive attitude, which help make the visit enjoyable. Debra and Alex also provide excellent customer service, especially during busy times, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure food is hot and service friendly. However, not all experiences are perfect. In Parsons, TN, a manager was reported to be very loud and rude, especially to an elderly customer wanting to use a coupon, which left a poor impression. The restaurant atmosphere can vary; some find it not very clean and feel the amenities need an upgrade. The food can be hit or miss, with breakfast usually good but lunch often greasy. Despite some issues, customers generally find the staff friendly and are willing to return, especially when staff like Heather, a cashier, provides delightful service.
