H & H Mexican Grille is a surprising place to eat, a former gas station turned into a Mexican restaurant. Looks can be deceiving because it serves the best Mexican food north of the border. The chicken tortilla soup, quesadilla fajitas, and tamales are really good, and the shrimp is excellent. The street tacos are in the top 5 lists of diners who have eaten Mexican food in 20+ states. The food truck tacos are sooooo good. The meals have lots of flavor. The owners and staff are very friendly and attentive, with amazing hospitality. It is by far the best Mexican restaurant around, including all the ones in Murfreesboro. Highly recommend.
