Well overall it was a good experience. For the 54.00 per person on crablegs wasnt bad. Paid more for less. So recommend

Buffet was ok at best. The oysters were, by far, the worst oysters I have EVER attempted to eat. After one taste (of 2 different one's) I spit it out, they tasted old, extremely fishy, no sweetness, and downright terrible. Crab legs and frog legs were ok. The best taste was from the beef pot roast, but they ran out and didn't replace it. The worst part of the evening was the entrance way to the building is poorly lit and has a step up to get in. 2 older gentleman couldn't see the step and fell! How this establishment was not sued, is beyond luck.

Me and my family of 4 spent $185 on our meal. Only 2 got ayce crab legs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The crab legs were small. The other food was horrible. The fish was dry and rubbery. The crab cakes looked like a flat dried up peice of coaster. There wasn't a huge choice of anything. There wasn't any seasoning on any of the food. The tables we sat at was so close together we might as well been in the same party. The waitress was sweet but if you wanted condiments you had to get up and go to the buffet room and get it yourself. So basically plate pick up and minimal drink refills. Waste of time and lots of money.

Run AWAY!! I only gave 1 star because that was my lowest option, now I know its seafood in the mountains...it's frozen. I also know it is not supposed to be slimy and smell. I was afraid to eat the oysters , the smell was horrible and they were dried out in the shell. The butterfly shrimp was slimy when you bit into them. The Baked Chicken had a sour smell and tasted the same. The bar b q ribs was very little meat and all gristle. When the waitress ask how it was we told her and she just made a face and walked away. My son took a picture of the sign that listed the desert and brought it to the table for us to see. It was an assortment of frozen pies. I called the waitress over and asked for cheesecake. She asked did I want Strawberries or blueberries on it and I said no, I just wanted it plain. She looked at me weird and asked again if I wanted it plain and I said yes. She walked away and brought back the cheesecake with strawberries on it. Now I know all of this may seem petty to some but when you pay that kind of price you can at least be polite to customers. My husband and I did not eat anything but a small salad, my son ate what looked like box macaroni and cheese and other family members ate crab legs. Everyone was sick all night except for those of us that did not eat. If you want to ruin your vacation eat here.....A photographer took our picture and tried to sell them to us as if we were on a cruise ship and my son pulled out his phone to answer a text and she got loud rudely telling him she would report him for taking pics of the photos because it was copyrighted....are you kidding me! I have never experienced this kind of service in Pigeon Forge, ever ,and we have been to a lot of places there over many years.

Service was kind and Good. The environment was good around the edges, rather than the center. The catfish and flounder was quite dense and unpleasing. The crab was a bit salty but tender, a lot of the food was really well made. The scallops were however, adoring, so soft, tender, and juicy. Desert was also pretty great, notably their chocolate cake.

Our waitress was great..I don't eat seafood but the rest of my family does. They enjoyed the buffet...if you want snow crab that is extra..I managed to find some American food for me to be content. They offered crab cakes, fried scallops, frog legs ( of all things )..deep fried mussels...etc. For dessert you need to mention the dessert menu becuz they don't just offer what little dessert they have at the buffet. And the dessert on the menu is free.

Crab legs were plentiful, however, the other food was dry, no taste and the crab cakes were like pancakes. When a restaurant states scallops they should not give you imitation crab meat as a scallop. The crab stuffed flounder was bread and imitation crab meat stuffed in flounder. Good salmon is not white. Way overpriced for what you got. Even the baked cod had absolutely no flavor.
