Place is super dated and not with the typical “hole in the wall” charmServer was friendly.Crab legs were edible. We ate a lot because we felt obligated to because of the price.I would wager to say this used to be a great restaurant but the new ownership is out to make as many fast bucks as possible. It’s a tourist trap, I can’t imagine locals eat here. It’s edible, mediocre, not charming and WAY too expensive.I’ve eaten crab at other landlocked places and while it was edible here, it was somewhere less than mediocre.Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else, we definitely have a big case of ‘eaters remorse’.

Were we influenced by the billboards around pigeon forge? Yes.. yes we were. But for the price it was totally worth it! We went around 6PM and it was not as packed as we thought it would be. So we thought oh no might not be good, but it was delicious! It’s all you can eat, they had a great selection of seafood and other little things. They do have a separate menu that you can ask for if you have kiddos who don’t eat what is up on the buffet table. Everything in the buffet was hot, and fresh. Nothing was ever cold, and they even have dessert. You do have to ask as they keep it refrigerated in the back, but wow! I wish we lived closer because I would be here more often!Parking: We parked in the back, as the front gets pretty packed. But it’s not bad at all.

I tried this place out. Hence " tried " nothing to rave about. Bland seafood, mostly fried. I've had better seafood at a Chinese Buffet.

I get that it is a seafood buffet hundreds of miles from any ocean. However, better care could be taken so the food does not taste like it just came out of the freezer. Many items were bland, and some foods, like the shrimp and fried shrimp, were rubbery in texture. Plus, the oysters were off in flavor and texture.Overall, for the cost, even after a discount flyer, you are better served going to Golden Corral down the street if you want a buffet. That said, the service was pretty good and we were well attended to by staff.

The place is alright and the dessert was good, service was pretty good as well. But the buffet was pretty lackluster in taste no matter the price, and it was pretty expensive at that. Likely wont return.

Dated little seafood buffet off the main drag. I got the non-crab buffet. The food was okay, but not great. Very few non-crab options. Be sure to ask for dessert if you want it. They hide it in the back. Same with the French fries and chicken tenders. If you want crab legs, this is the place to be. If not, go anywhere else. There's a Panda Express down the road.Parking: Reasonable amount of parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: There's a curb from the parking lot, and a wheelchair ramp inside

Oysters had a weird taste shrimp was not fresh you could tell that other items were packaged items. I left sick which stayed with me all day. They do charge 2.5% if you use a credit card. The problem I had beside getting sick the food is they change the price on your drink at the register. The waitress wrote the price and at the register they charged a higher price even when mentioned she didn't change it. So check your totals correctly or you will be over charged. Ruined my birthday lunch considering we were there when it opened. The waitress was very nice.

Horrible!! Horrible food, barely any variety, and horrible prices. And to top it all off, spent all day and night vomiting from food poisoning. Will be reporting this place!Parking: Parking is ran by some shady guy who is trying to charge customers $20 per car.

It was definitely worth the price. I love ?!!! This was some of the best snow crab I have ever had! Not over cooked or watery. The shells were soft but the crabmeat was firm and very flavorful. The snow crab was a little on the small side but the flavor made up for that. My husband isn't much on crab so he got the basic buffet and he was very pleased with his meal as well. We will definitely go there if we every come back to the area.

What an awful experience. Ridiculously expensive price at $50 per person. Absolutely no food. And the two items that they did have were spoiled. We are heading home to South Carolina after visiting this buffet and absolutely everyone had to vomit on the side of the road. Our server was Olga and she was very sweet and kind and the desserts were not so bad. But why are they hidden away from customers? The whole experience was bizarre and we will never return and extremely upset that we all have food poisoning.Parking: Upon exit, we were stopped by someone who looked homeless asking that I show him the receipt as proof of dining in the buffet; otherwise, he was going to charge me $20 for parking. The whole experience was unpleasant and disappointing.
