Service was kind and Good. The environment was good around the edges, rather than the center. The catfish and flounder was quite dense and unpleasing. The crab was a bit salty but tender, a lot of the food was really well made. The scallops were however, adoring, so soft, tender, and juicy. Desert was also pretty great, notably their chocolate cake.
Our waitress was great..I don't eat seafood but the rest of my family does. They enjoyed the buffet...if you want snow crab that is extra..I managed to find some American food for me to be content. They offered crab cakes,fried scallops,frog legs ( of all things )..deep fried mussels...etc. For dessert you need to mention the dessert menu becuz they don't just offer what little dessert they have at the buffet. And the dessert on the menu is free.
Half my family came from upstate NY. Other half came from cottondale florida. We all met in Gatlinburg Tennessee. We went to captain Jim's seafood after a long cold day in Dollywood. My family enjoyed the food and the waitress was very polite and professional. The lady at checkout was also very polite and professional. Thank you
