Perfect for a quick late night after park meal. Olivia our waitress was so great and helpful. Love that they have local beers on tap!

The food and the staff made our dining experience wonderful! It was my daughter's 4th birthday and they made her feel extremely special. They accommodated our large party with small children easily, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Service was great. Would have given 5 stars but we had to wait on water a couple times. Food was incredibly flavorful! My wife and I both ordered the duck, mother ordered shrimp and grits, and we ordered the deviled eggs for our appetizer. My wife hates deviled eggs, but couldn't get enough of the fried shrimp eggs! Again, would have given 5 stars, but both of our duck dishes were warm, not hot. The chef's made sweet potato purée for our 11 month old. It was great! The ambiance was 5 stars. Overall, we cannot wait to go back.
The food was delicious and fresh! Bill was a great server, loved his dry sense of humor and recommendations for the area. Pricing is always too high for this kind of thing, but you tend to be aware of that going in... HeartSong is just an amazing place to be in general!
Bartender was great, food was good, they have the same curly fries as jackn in the box.

We ate here on our check out day & chose the buffet. Great selection & enjoyed the make your own omelette station. Woman making them was great. Our server wasn't that great, only got 1 cup of coffee, would have liked to get a refill but she dropped the check while we were getting food.
The food and service was exceptional at E&E Heartsong Resort. I would recommend trying the breakfast at there to anyone. The selections were great and if you wanted something special they will grill or toast it for you. My daughter got an omlette that was delicious and I had the chef make a coupe of eggs over medium that were perfect.
Absolutely amazing experience from the moment walking into the restaurant. We were greeting by two, extremely friendly ladies, who immediately took note of our celebration note. We were seated immediately and our waitress, Lulu, was exceptional!!! She offered great recommendations and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Overall amazing experience!! Thank you!!!
The buffet was very good. They had fruit, eggs, potatoes, bacon, two different types of sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast flatbreads, all delicious. My only peeve was we had to wait to ask somebody to make our toast. At Dream More they have a toaster where you can do your own. I had to wait far too long for toast on two of the days because there was only one person up front, and they were cooking omelets, despite having seen many other staff around.
Convenient location if you're staying at the hotel, but the price of the buffet was not worth the quality of the food offered. The fresh cut fruit was not ripe, even though it's the middle of the summer and was summer fruits offered such as cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple. The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like powdered eggs, and my son would not even eat them. In fact he only ate some yogurt, a croissant and a piece of sausage before he gave up and stopped eating anything as he told me it was all nasty. The server knew this and didn't even offer to take his meal off our ticket or pay individual prices for what little he did eat so we paid over $15 for that small amount of food he stomached. the rest of the food was pretty cold except for things like the grits and the sausage gravy. I tried all the different meats offered and they were all cold to the touch. Definitely not worth the $23 that they charge adults. I would not eat here again or recommend it to anyone. That being said, the server was pretty friendly, although she did hunt us down at the buffet, asking for a drink orders instead of waiting until we were sitting down, which I thought was a little intrusive. The manager that walked us to our table was also very friendly and stopped to explain the buffet on our way to our table.

We are at Ember & Elm on a Thursday evening. It was not busy at all. Our devilled egg appetizer was tasty. We especially enjoyed the ones topped with shrimp. The chicken salad ones were just okay. My salmon was average. Nothing was wrong with it, but it wasn't that hot and nothing too special. My husband did not enjoy his ribeye. It was cold and had to be sent back to be heated. The texture of the steak was off. Our server was helpful and took the steak off our bill. I wouldn't rush back.
This was our second visit to Ember & Elm and everything was fantastic! Our server, Lulu, was so friendly, had great recommendations, and provided a wonderful overall experience. We enjoyed the strawberry rosé spritzer, fried green tomatoes appetizer, fried chicken entree, and spiced strawberry salmon entree. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend!
Overall atmosphere and aesthetic was fabulous. Food options were minimal but we enjoyed everything we ordered. Alcohol beverages were worth every penny. Highly recommend the brussels sprout. 10/10 experience would recommend and return.
Lulu was fantastic. She took great care of our family. She was so helpful with recommendations not only for the menu but also with things to do/see in town. Food was superb and the offering of a "to-go" dessert was a perfect compliment to our meal. We would highly recommend.
My expectations were very high but they got deflated quickly. We made reservations for 5 adults on a Friday night at 7, should be prime time. We were greeted by the greeter and the supervisor, both were very polite and friendly, the whole staff was very friendly. While we were being seated the place reminded me of a cafeteria, not a restaurant that would match the price of the resort or the reputation that the restaurant has put out as fine dining. The waitress was very helpful. She talked through every dish and answered any questions. We order 2 appetizers and all 5 entrées, and at the same time. The appetizers came out and the were plated very well but that was about all. The deviled eggs were rubbery and really had no flavor and the brussels sprouts that were supposed to be crispy or drenched in a sauce left them less than crispy. And soggy. We told the waitress this and she apologized for the mistake and tried every way in the world to make it right. However when our entrées come out, they were even more disappointing. I had ordered the short rib and my brother-in-law ordered the fried chicken. Those dishes were ice cold. Our wives ordered flatbreads which the dough was uncooked. The only one meal that was really good was our mom's salad. The plates really good the two main courses, being cold and the flatbread, not even being cooked all the way through none of this food was edible. The staff was the only thing that made this experience very good. They were very helpful, very respectful and very understanding to our needs however, I doubt will ever be back due to the food. No matter how good the service is how pretty the blades are on the place. If you can't get past the food, it's not gonna be good. I'm only giving 2 stars due to the service. Other than that it would be a one or less.
