We ordered a Caesar salad it looked like they just dumped a bag of salad on a plate with hardly any dressing. The steak was ordered medium and was well done when we received it. The food took over 30 minutes to come out and it was hardly anyone in there.

What a wonderful dinner at Ember & Elm. I am a foodie and very particular about my food, and this experience did not disappoint!! Our waitress, Poppy, was fantastic, and the food was 5 star. The salmon was perfectly cooked (medium) and our appetizers of deviled eggs and southern fall medley with crispy Brussels sprouts, pork belly and sweet potato slivers was amazing. We took dessert to go - strawberry shortcake and bread pudding, was excellent. The chef and staff checked on us several times. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Un lugar muy agradable , desayuno más sano en el Buffet , buen servicio. Fotos y remembranzas de Dolly Parton.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the gnocchi and beef tenderloin, both melted in our mouths.

Excellent! We ate both breakfast and dinner there, and both were great! Their breakfast buffet had fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, delicious breakfast pizzas, and make your own omelets. For dinner we had the Nashville flatbread pizza and shrimp and grits. Both very tasty! The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The staff is all friendly, welcoming, and very attentive! Highly recommend!!

Not what we expected. Food was just okay. Not as good as we expected. Service was okay. Front desk was okay. You could tell they didnt want to work on Thanksgiving.

The Thanksgiving buffet here was excellent! The hotel itself is gorgeous. They did not do seating groups every 2 hours like other holiday buffets, you were able to make your reservation for any time. This helped with table turnover, minimal wait times, and continuous refreshing of food. The food was fresh and delicious, from traditional Thanksgiving fare, carving of Turkey, ham, and beef loin, to sushi and crab legs, there was a huge selection, and even stuff for the picky kids like mac and cheese and sliders. The staff was on top of everything, from replenishing food to cleaning up spills, and were super friendly and professional. The only one thing I was surprised at was there were no wet-wipes available and they were serving crab legs. Had to go to restroom to wash up. Didn't matter, we will definitely be back next year. As usual, Dolly has outdone herself!

Maybe it's ok for a regular meal, but do not do thanksgiving. Extremely disorganized. I booked for our family, which includes a 3 year old. They advertise, even on the menu sitting on the table, that kids under 4 are complimentary. I even called to clarify my booking, that included a 3 year old, with a manager weeks ahead of time. The waiter brought the tab charging my 3 year old, and when I told him her age, he just said, I think they're charging everyone today. I knew this was not right, but he was literally swamped. I went to clarify with a manager, but it took an entire hour to get it sorted, and I honestly would've gladly just paid for the 3 year old if I'd known what I nightmare it was to correct. Not worth the $35 to have it corrected at all. The manager was very kind, and took my 3 year old off the tan, but like I said, not worth fixing because it took an hour just to address what was literally printed on the table menu and I'd called weeks ahead to make sure I was booking correctly. Besides that, food was ok, tons of options, lots of volume, service was ok, waiter was swamped, just very disorganized and would not recommend. Would not go back and would not recommend.

Flat bread was excellent. $49 ribeye skillet was embarrassing.... Server was nice but disappeared during the middle part of our visit.
