From the moment you walk in, the aroma alone lets you know you’re in for something good! The staff greet you right at the door with genuine kindness. They were so patient and helpful as I placed my order, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
The restaurant itself is spotless — clean, organized, and welcoming. My food was prepared beautifully and served in a timely manner. No long wait times at all. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, and I truly have no regrets about dining here.
The pricing was reasonable for the area, and honestly, the experience made it worth every penny. The staff were so friendly they had me laughing the entire time! When my family visits in December, this is definitely the place I’ll be taking them.

“I stopped by the Sevierville location this morning and just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing broistas—especially the girl from Phoenix! I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special. She went above and beyond by comping my drink, giving me stickers, and making me feel genuinely appreciated as a Dutch Bros customer. She is the BEST… despite attending my rival college! 😂💙💚🩵“

“Their deep fried oreo were really good. The soft serve icecream was okayish. Didn’t like it that much. I could’ve tried something else for dessert. Also don’t be fooled with the pictures- the mini donuts looking things are actually the deep fried oreo’s lol.
Their service was okay, seemed like all of them were trying to help you but non of them were actually helping they were just being loud to grab more customers.“
