I went to little ceasars to get 2 pizzas and pizza bites the lady that served us was rude i asked for fresh she informed me it had just came up i asked her to please make it fresh offered a tip and she laughed in my face handed me the pizza and said it was fresh with a aditude. The pizza was warm not hot. the staff was wandering around as well some out of uniform behind the counter not to mention when we opened the door some staff smelled of Marijuana. I believ if i asked for it fresh and offered to wait even 20 min i should jave been able to do so and get fresh pizza without hessitation. I love your pizza but with this last visit i may not b3 coming back .

I’m not usually the one to jump on here & leave reviews, but this one sure weighed on my heart. Me & my children are visiting Pigeon Forge for Dolly Partons birthday, we decided to order pizza off the little Caesars app so we could just go in & pick it up at the portal, well when I get there I go to the portal type in my code & there is NOTHING in my slot, so I tell the lady at the front desk, she goes to get her manager, her manager recommended I changed the password to my email because “I’ve been hacked because only people with my code can get my pizza” looked at me like a total liar, meanwhile I can tell the lady that was running the counter was nervous so I said “I’ll change my password, but you might wanna rewind them cameras because I can assure you my phone isn't hacked “ needless to say, after trying to play me as dumb, the manager said she was going to remake my order, like YES OF COURSE YOU ARE I PAID FOR THIS CRAP. Don’t treat your customers like garbage, that’s not good customer service.

there’s one lady who has worked a couple times that i have went in to pick up my order first time i asked for plate which she ignored and walked away 2nd time i asked for a bag she done the same thing ignored and walked away train your employees better

I ordered pizza and beverage. No beverage! Such a mistake
Had trouble using the app bcuz I'd never used it before and the lady at the drive thru window was great. She used the coupon button and just took my order at the window rather than using the app! She was very helpful and kind!

I won't come back here. Don't co.e here. Attitudes suck. I asked for the Italian cheese bread to be lightly cooked. Kitchen acted like it a lot to ask. This is not lightly cooked compared to what I've gotten before.
