Pizza-Rio - The Brazilian Way Pigeon Forge

The Rio Pizza was extremely amazing. From the service to the food you could not have asked for a better place in Pigeon Forge to eat. The atmosphere was out of this world also. A bit pricey but worth every cent. If you love a different pizza to eat and wonderful servers you need to try them. Not on the main strip in Pigeon Forge which made it great also. Can't say enough great things about Pizza Rio. Love it.

Oh my goodness!!! If u are looking for something out of the ordinary then this is the place. Many different unique flavors. Come hungry because its all u can eat. Its kinds like a cicis pizza all jacked up on steroids. A high end pizza place. Friendly service

Our server from Romania was THE BEST! So sweet. Pizza was okay. My son thinks this fancy pizza restaurant is amazing. It was worth the price for him to experience it.

What a year makes
There was one large group of people at two tables 30 to 35 people and they were loud!!!!!

Staff was friendly
Got salad and appetizers quick
Then the pizza
45-54 mins later after our waiter came by then the manager came by and asked if we were full… I said we have not pizza in 45 mins… they were shocked

15 minutes later pizzas showed….
So between 3 slices and the next group was almost one hour.

Manager and waiter apologized and gave us a 20% discount and keep apologizing.

Tried to take a take out order but not accepting take orders. Lost business as pizza use to be delicious.

Customer service is 10/10! Everything was delicious! Sangria was perfect! Atmosphere is so nice.

Food was not worth 30 dollars a person. I have had frozen pizza better than this. Staff was very friendly and our server was funny. Would not recommend, if you want all you can eat pizza just go to cicis for 1/3 of the price.

Worst place I have ate in pigeon forge in 30 years. Half the staff cpuld not speak English to even communicate with our table(Including our server)...We sat for a half hour before even recieving drinks...They were serving pizza before we got drinks. It was undercooked...They let several tables overload on the pizza they liked then didn't bring them around for the rest. We walked out before they even got to the dessert pizza...Trash 🗑🗑🗑

We got there at 5:00 and still at 7:00 we had received maybe five pieces of pizza they went to the bigger groups of tables and skipped our little table and the pizza is not worth $30

I didn’t even know Brazilian pizza places existed… So I was very excited to come here. However, once we sat down, we received maybe three slices of pizza and a 45 minute time frame. And honestly, none of the slices looked all that appetizing. I just expected more, especially for the cost. Just a bummer.

This place is awesome. Definitely come hungry. There were so many options and the staff was great. We had a group of 17 and they took really good care of us. Will be back for sure.

Visited today with my daughter today. Got here right when they opened. Pretty full dinning room and only one man making pizza, but they did terrific keeping the pizza flowing and the making sure everyone was taken care of. Will def be back great pizza food and service

Food was great, service was very slow and chaotic. Not worth the exorbitant price. 3 of us ordered coffee after dinner. We each got a half cup and it was terrible! Not one of us could drink it. We let them know and they still charged us full price for it. $4.85 times 3!!! Almost $15 for 1.5 cups of sour coffee that we did not drink!!!! We will not be back!
