Wife wanted some Italian ice stop in for a large mango strawberry and a small piña colada excellent customer service the piña colada was free very nice atmosphere glad we stop in.

Came to this location late on a Thursday night (8pm). Even this close to closing, there was a long line of customers and only 2 young ladies working. These girls hustled, were friendly, and seemed calm and collected under the pressure!! Well done ladies! It would be nice if during tourist season they had 3-4 workers to keep up with demand. We love Rita’s and don’t have one where we live but I would absolutely come back when in Gatlinburg.
